Lucas Fermat MC5AXES Bridge Type Milling Machine

The Lucas Fermat MC5AXES is a table-type bridge mill adjustable according to the dimensions of the work piece. It is designed to offer maximum rigidity at the lowest price possible. With ram travel up to 1500mm the MC5AXES provides greater precision when the machining plane surfaces compared to a gantry. The frame is made of GG30 cast iron. The machine has linear guideways axes drive by ball screws power by motors via planetary gearboxes.

The MC5AXES can be equipped with a 5-axis milling head.

Controls: Heidenhain Siemens or Fanuc.

Accessories available:
through spindle coolant alternate milling heads and a tool changer including a robot tool changer.
